Alexis Brackney, AIA, SE, is a Senior Project Manager in the Diagnostics Group of Walter P Moore with over 15 years of experience in the field of forensic architecture and engineering. Alexis served on the BEC Chicago board as treasurer for the 2023-2024 term. Alexis' expertise includes assessment and repair of building distress related to facades and exterior walls, below-grade waterproofing, fenestration, and roofing systems. She specializes in field investigations, research and analysis of building systems and components, building envelope evaluations, and litigation support. Alexis is a licensed Architect and Structural Engineer in Illinois and holds BECxP (Building Enclosure Commissioning Process Provider) and CxA+BE (Commissioning Authority + Building Enclosure) certifications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
