The BEC Greater Detroit's 5th annual symposium offers local and national experts in the field of building enclosure research, testing, air tightness, thermal performance, and execution. The symposium will present a distinguished panel of speakers to discuss the current and upcoming trends in building enclosure performance and evaluation. AIA CEU's will be provided. Speakers include Lee Durston (Understanding Air: Tightness in Buildings - Past, Present and Future), Bill McDonald (Passive Houses in the United States), Jesse Beitel (NFPA 285 - Use & Applications), and John Straube (Insulating Existing Load-bearing Masonry Buildings).
