Sponsored by The Association of Licensed Architects (ALA) Steve Easley will use slides from his field investigations to focus what really works to provide design recommendations for creating high performance building enclosures that can manage thermal transfer and moisture efficiently. Residential and commercial projects will be examined. Steve’s presentation will explore why many buildings fail to perform as expected, and provide cost effective recommendations on envelope detailing, insulation and air sealing techniques, and information to include in specifications.
